Cashier wouldn't let me return an aggressive fish without a receipt. I wasn't worried about the $14. More so the fish's life as I was going to work after driving from Park City to salt lake. So I left it at her register and said good luck with it. Hopefully they put it back in a tank.

Employees are attentive and seem to actually like being there. I love that you have cats there to be adopted out. Also, seem to have everything I am needing for my pets in stock.

I called to make an appointment as I pulled out of the parking lot. I was on hold forever (more than 10 minutes) then I left a message for them (as the recording suggested) as of now 5 days later I have still not received a call!

I visited Park city store few times in last 6 months and nothing changed or improved. Employees are not knowledgeable. They are rude and argumentative. It feels more like interrogation and not a visit when trying to add new pet to the family. Selection is limited and store looks rundown and poorly stocked. I would recommend visiting other stores in this chain as I only had bad experience in this particular location.

The employees are very polite and patient. They gave great information. The stock was a little low but in all it was a good experience.
