We recently encountered a swarm of termites in our home. Even in the midst of the pandemic, Blake from Waltham Services came in the next day and performed a thorough evaluation of the property, inside and out, looking for tunnels that would allow termite access. Fortunately, we did encounter a swarm of termites inside the house with Blake present, and isolated the general area of the location of the colony. Unfortunately, no tunnels were found as we would have had to break down drywall in two of the rooms. Plus, there is a french drain in the area which complicates the situation. We decided to install baits around the periphery of the property. Blake came in the following week to perform the installation. He was knowledgeable, timely, neat, and was very respectful of my family and our property. I would highly recommend Blake and Waltham Services.

The person who comes to our facility is Dustin. He is someone that always does a good job. He is pleasant to all the departments he needs to visit. I personally feel comfortable contacting him when he isn't at our facility to ask a question or talk to him about any issues. Kudos to a ob well done!

I can not say enough about how thankful I am for the professional courteous service we receive from this company! Dustin is always happy to answer any questions and to take care of any issues that arise in a timely fashion.nHe has finally managed to get rid of the giant cockroaches too!! Seriously, we used to just name them because no one else could manage it... Thank you Dustin!!! I am no longer afraid to turn on my office light when I work late.n-Kaitee

Highly recommended great company to work with. Fast response to my call and helped me get everything set up to have them come out and treat all rooms. Between contacting them and getting the service done was extremely fast.

We are using Waltham Pest at 5 different business locations, all which have different needs. They have been responsive, efficient, and at the end of the day alway able to solve any issues we are having with pests. From initial set-up and ongoing maintenance, to responding to emergency needs, their team has been amazing to work with.
