Always friendly and helpful. Still handwrite receipts. That could change though. Buy my GMG pellets here. Helpful hint though: Call before you go. There is often just one person manning the shop and if they are late or out for lunch then the shop is locked.

Knowledgeable and professional. Had trouble finding a service provider in my area of NH. Although I lived outside his area of service, he spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me to educate me and give me some guidance on how to hire someone in my area.
