When picking up a prescription for pain medication after a brutal birth the pharmacist said I was four days postpartum and shouldn’t need pain killers anymore and refused to fill the prescription my OB had prescribed that day. My husband dealt with them as I sat there and cried. We waited an hour and a half for them to fill it. They must have thought if they made him wait long enough he would give up. Worst costumer service we have ever experienced.

Well, I made an appointment at CVS in Sparks, NV for a flu shot. I waited in line for over 10 minutes to get to the window. when I advised I had an appoinment for a flu shot I was told it was not an appointment it just puts you in their system but you still have to be manually entered in the system, complete paperwork then wait in another line to pay, then wait to actually be given the shot by a pharmacist. She stated the wait was over 35 minutes. What a useless system and very depressing. I would give them zero stars

After being told to wait just a few minutes for pain medication for my wife who was in pain waiting in the car (bladder infection - 4 days after giving birth), I have waited an hour and a half! Worst customer service. No sense of urgency for a post-partum woman in terrible pain. I explained to the staff the situation and no sympathy, no help, no compassion. If you need a prescription, go somewhere else.
