I love watching my movie in a recliner. Godzilla vs. Kong was so awesome! Watching on the big screen with booming sound, popcorn, soda and my large pretzel with cheese doesn't get any better. Earlier shows are the best with practically no lines. The staff is always super friendly.
I took a 2 hour drive to take my 4 year old son to a movie. I ordered the tickets online and before hand checked their mask requirement. State mandate says 4 and under are not required to wear masks and their website says nothing about children and masks. My son also has a medical condition which prevents him from wearing a mask. Upon arrival an employee named Clinton denied us entry and informed us that children over the age of two must wear masks. I made him aware of state mandate and my child not being able to wear a mask due to medical needs. I also made him aware that their website does not detail mask requirements. I could also see about a dozen other people who are ADULTS not wearing masks so I ask why did CLINTON single us out. I myself wore a mask. I did not think a business would disobey state mandate and discriminate against a 4 year old child who even if a mask being worn was possible would have to take it off 5 minutes later to eat popcorn and snacks. I asked for a refund and CLINTON, only gave me a partial refund. I filled out a complaint form against this employee and I hope it was received. Clinton clearly has not children, anybody who does would understand the situation.
Good popcorn with a decent selection of adult beverages. The theaters are always clean. One of the best places in Reno to watch a movie.
Second to none for a movie-going experience. Plush, automated, reclining seats, swiveling trays for your food and drinks, high-definition digital quality in what feels just as it's described: Luxury Theaters.
No a/c in the theater. Manager was alerted no action was taken. The main Manger was not very polite and was very inconsiderate
