I had a very painful ingrown toenail where walking and standing was unbearable. I heard urgent care or emergency services wouldn’t be able to help. I went down the list and made call after call and no one would see me without an appointment. They squeezed me in the very same day and made everything easy from billing to procedure! Very grateful for the effort and ease of procedure. Highly recommend them!

Dr. Doxey was pleasant & helpful. Unfortunately that’s the extent of my good experience with the Foot & Ankle Institute. I went in to have toenail clippings tested for fungus, the samples were taken & I was told I would hear back with results in 2-4 weeks. After 4 weeks I hadn’t heard anything & I began my series of calling to inquire, being told they’d look into it & call me back, & then not getting a call back. This went on for about a month. When I finally got an answer, it was to tell me the lab had LOST my sample. I was told I would need to come in again & have a 2nd sample taken. I explained how difficult it was to make it in the first time with my hectic work schedule & their very limited office hours & requested a refund of my payment since they had done nothing for me. They said they would not refund me. NEVER AGAIN, SO UNPROFESSIONAL & FRUSTRATING.

Nice place! My daughter's visit was nice and the Dr. listened to what she had to say. She didn't fill uncomfortable.

It's too bad there aren't other doctors like Dr.Doxy,You Know you have found a good doctor when he or she spends time really listening to you and the things that are going on with you, and then explains the choices you have and how best to fix the problems, without trying to make you feel like you're opinion doesn't matter.The staff also treats you with respect, that's a first.Other doctors and their staff should have to spend time observing the way patient's are treated before they can open.
