I go to a different Dr at this office and she is amazing, but in all the years I have gone here the blond lady at the desk has always had an attitude and is not very nice at all. One time I went in and heard her talking about another patient to the other receptionist, super unprofessional. Rude and uptight always. I am amazed she has been able to keep her job there for so long.

I find her patient, kind, and empathetic. I would recommend her to anyone needing some genuine understanding and assistance.

I've had many psychiatrists over 30 years for my chronic depression. Dr. Steinagel is one of the best. She listens and communicates well. She is NOT a therapist but prescribes drugs for mental conditions.

Dr. Steinagle is definitely to the point. She is also empathetic. I'm unsure about the first reviewer's experience but I can't imagine this doctor acting in the manner they described. The truth of the matter is if you do have a mental illness, you ARE going to have it for life! Why would you be upset when the doctor is telling you a fact? Sounds as though you want it sugar coated. In addition, by your own admission, you say you have seen countless doctors. That should tell you something. Maybe try to remember that one pointing finger leaves four pointing backwards. You might want to take a look at yourself. Dr. Steinagle is definitely not a doctor you want to see if you want to be coddled but if you want someone smart, honest and won't placate you....she's the one.
