I'm not very happy with this place. My son and I missed appointments back in September because of my own mental health and health issues. My faults not his. I was trying to get him appointment for the last 2 months and they told me to call in everyday I've been trying to do that but they tell me they always have nothing. When I asked them for meds they told me no that they have to see him. Understandable but because we missed one appointment they refused to give us a appointments. Kind of like a call in and wait to see if they have time for you.. not counting I have text messages from the psychiatry he saw back in August where she totally flaked on us on our first meeting and text me like 8:00 at night. I just want an appointment for my son so he can get back on the medication that he needs but these people do not seem to understand or care about their patients especially if their little children who have mental and health issues.nWhen I expressed my feelings to the receptionist about my son's mental health she told me to take him to Reno behavioral great advice. I thought doctors and psychiatrists were supposed to care about their patients but apparently not at least this place doesn't because One missed appointment means on The blacklist. I will no recommend this place to anyone

Truly terrible. If you care about the well being of your child, go anywhere but here. Have never had a more unprofessional experience than with Dr Malinas.

I was a paitent if Cynthia Davis. While I was her paitent over zoom her mother would walk into her room and STAY THERE. On 3 occasions Cynthia not only allowd her mother to stay but would have full conversations with her while I was also having me discuss the roots of my PTSD. She also lashed out in anger and wrote me a prescription for 30 Avivan (despite my objection, knowing I was struggling with Suicidal Ideation) when I asked her to lock here door during sessions. I was told that if her mother needed something I would just have to deal with that.nnCynthia has passed away but my communications with Dr. Malinas raised even more serious concerns.nnHe is legally obligated to report HIPAA violations to HHS when I attempt to follow-up to make sure that happened and his staff was re-trained on privacy he told me he had no intention to do either.nnI will include our emails in the images but he did end up filling a report this morning after I informed him of his legal obligation to do so. The report he submitted failed to report that the breach happened on multiple occasions. It also stated that he re-trained his staff, something he clearly told me he had decided against.

I've been to a few doctors offices and this is bad. 1st lady told me to just eat right. Im not joking. Once I got on a med and didn't react well she told me too bad and wouldn't let me try another. So they switched me to a different lady and she talked to me for 3 minutes and ordered a gene sight test. Next appointment she cancelled the day of and scheduled 3 weeks out. I had already waited 4 weeks for follow up with no medication. So I finally saw Dr. Malinas. He was really helpful until I tried emailing to ask what to do about a med that I wasn't feeling well on and he said if I couldnt wait till we met again than to go to west hills. Yeah, there are better places to go.

Dr malinas is great with my child. Office staff are wonderfully polite and they return calls hastily. Hands down best in town
