Showed up early to my appointment as requested, no office ladies to be found,they were at lunch. After they finally got back they took my insurance information which they already had because I gave it to them over the phone, only to find out that they don't accept my insurance wasted time off of work for nothing.

Always have a great experience here. Dr Goodman does exceptional work and keeps wait times to a minimum. Highly recommend!

I only go because of the NP, and I like her, but the staff and Dr. M are horrible. Refills are impossible to get and they r not pain pills either. I have to fight with the office to do prior authorizations on important meds like insulin. Thank God when I got my endocrinologist, he took over my insulin but it was was pain to get this office to do it amd ran out sometimes. And the staff is just rude on the phone and Dr. M constantly wants to see u just to get ur copay even when u just need something simple and you were just in the office a few weeks ago. They have confused me with other patients (like assuming I was the patient before me and hands me their bill even before I can give the girl my name) Avoid this office if u can.

Everytime I call to set up an appointment I'm put on hold for 15 minutes!!

Doctor was great staff however extremely rude and they never refill my prescription on time its always a hassle to get my prescription. Lesson learned!! RUN AWAY!!
