Looking for a primary doctor in this area is not easy. Moving to Washoe Valley weeks before shutdown, left the procedure difficult to say the least. I found a Doctor in the Carson Tahoe group and found the system to be extremely difficult as well as frustrating . I had an appointment with whom I was hoping would be my primary for a physical. That was October 2020 and I am still waiting for the referrals I was promised. Long ( frustrating) story short.. my Sister in law highly recommended Dr Zamboni. After waiting over a month for a new patient appointment, she was everything I was looking for in a primary. Even her nurse was a delight. She was down to earth and straight to the point. She gave me sensible reasoning for my questions, found several tests last Dr. didn’t preform for my physical. She was thorough and compassionate. I now feel I am in good hands in my new location.

Dr. Shannon Zamboni was exceptionally professional, thoughtful and able to answer my questions completely and without rushing through, unlike like most other doctors I have consulted recently in the Reno sparks area. I had been looking for a new Primary Care doctor for awhile and she is everything I thought I would never find. What a blessing to find her.nShe is very knowledgeable and able to intelligently communicate on an understandable level and in a caring gentle manner. She is also able to refer to other local and highly qualified practitioners in our area when appropriate.nI would highly recommend her to anyone.

Fantastic physician. I work in the medical field and have the opportunity to work with many providers. I choose to go to Dr. Z because she listens to my concerns and allows me to direct my care when appropriate. She's gone above and beyond for my mother's health needs as well. Way more than I would have expected from other doctors. The scheduling system isn't perfect but I'm not aware of any other place I can just pop in and see a doctor other than urgent care.

The room wasn't ready for me so Dr. had to come back. I waited 3 hours, I honestly think they forgot about me.nTwo stars because I really liked my Dr. and most of the staff.
