Absolute Dental - Market

I have had two procedures and one check up over the past 6 months; never get any call backs to make an appointment. They say they will have someone call, but do not. Emergency line is useless and front office never returns calls. The front office end is full of chatty receptionists talking of their day, at both locations. Horrible customer service. They do not care if you are in pain or not or have bone sticking out from a procedure! The Veterans Affairs had sent me here and is paying for them to service me. Definitely would not recommend.

This is such a friendly place. I really do not like going to the dentist, but my daughter recommended Absolute Dental to me. Dr. Carpenter is so kind and his assistant is very sweet! The both made me feel at ease. The rest of the staff is just as friendly. I will recommended this office to my friends and family.

My wife and I went to Absolute Dental and I have to say, I was very impressed with the customer service. The staff is extremely helpful and very friendly. My wife doesn't like to go to the dentist, but they went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. I will be recommending this office to everyone! Thank you Absolute Dental!

Dr. Carpenter and his staff are absolutely amazing. I have been apprehensive to seek dental care, yet they made me feel welcome and were more than accommodating. The initial exam was quick and efficient, I was scheduled for a cleaning the very next day. I plan to continue my dental plan including braces and regular cleaning appointments in the near future. They accepted my insurance and billing was very simple. I would definitely recommend absolute dental to anyone seeking a friendly, clean and professional environment. 5 stars.
