The few business left are good, it's just the plaza is dead and rundown.

Empty stores, run down. Needs new management or a total remodel. It's becoming an eyesore.

Over half empty these days, especially with the loss of Subway. However, plenty of parking and remains clean.nnUpdate 2-6-2020: I hadn’t realized how many businesses have left this center. As of 2-6-20, only a few remain. Jazzercise, Howie’s Sports Page, Avalon Salon, Solarius Tanning Salon, and Hot Yoga Infusion (which is moving down the street to Bridges on Tramway in March 2020). I can’t see this center continuing to be viable in the future. Either major renovations and reimagining of the center need to be made or the remaining businesses will eventually falter. If I was one of the business owners I would be looking for a new spot ASAP.

Quaint little center set in the foothills of the Sandia Mountains overlooking the city has been an influential part of my life for over 40 years.
