My husband and I came here for the self dog wash. The store itself was clean, well organized and staff are friendly. However, the water for the dog wash became freezing after applying soap causing me to give my dog a freezing cold bath. The door for the tub kept opening throughout the bath causing water to splash the floor and me. When it came time for drying it didn't get much better... Towels weren't provided and I had to find an employee to grab me some. Not a great experience and I will most likely not come back to this location for the self wash.

This store carries all the brands I love: VE, SC, open farm, primal and honest kitchen. Very high quality, grain-free and high-end dog/cat food. Definitely a hidden gem.
