Great job getting Lulu all gussied up!! She looks beautiful!! Jason was very helpful, went in for nail grinding and he was able to squeeze in a bath too! I love when employees take that extra step in customer service!! We diffinlety will be back!! ud83dudc15

Yes, Pet Smart is more expensive than Walmart, but I know this going in. Our furkids are all groomed there & they always come home from their “spa day” smelling & looking wonderful. We have also started going to Pet School. Christine is absolutely informative & makes learning to teach our babies fun. We will be taking the next class with her! Thanks Christine.... Sophie thinks you’re great too.

The staff are compassionate about the animals here. The animals are treated very well and given a lot of attention with educate exercise for the dogs. They facility is kept clean inside and out.

The store itself is well maintained. But the overhead cost is very high. but if you have children and they like animals. I would recommend taking them here. But it is not a cost-effective place.
