I've have used Professional Reptile for the past 4 years. I get frozen rats shipped. I have nothing but positive experiences with them. Packing is always timely, rats are clean and nicely packed. Super grateful for their product and reliability over the years. Best price to quality ratio I've found.

I’ve been going here for a year now and never been disappointed. Customer service is excellent worth the price of ft rats.

I called days before to see if they had dubia roaches and the lady promised me they would have them that upcoming Saturday. So I drive all the way over there and now she’s telling me they don’t have them. I was so annoyed. Plus, they keep the reptiles in tiny plastic containers that’s usually for bugs. Not very professional nor humane in my opinion.nnEdit to reply: I was waiting for fifteen minutes in the store, you never told me you were getting them, you reached out to some dude via text to talk to him about the issue, you lack of communication is absolutely terrible. Learn how to communicate properly and reassure the customer. Otherwise, yes, you are completely unprofessional.
