Ryan is amazing!!! My kids have been begging for lepoard geckos. I know nothing about reptiles. We were lucky enough to go in while Ryan was working and he helped us the entire time. Gave us so much information about what we need and things to do for the lizards. He was easily with us for a solid 30 mins going through the lizard habitat aisles making sure we got everything we needed. He answered all our questions and explained everything perfectly. We even got info about our fish from him. I love Petco already but Ryan is the guy who'll make you love it even more! Thank you so much Ryan!!n**UPDATE as of 3/29/21**nThe manager Michelle is HEAVENLY!!! Literally only 3 people working today and she still went above and beyond even though she was so busy. She was an absolute pleasure and I hope she feels appreciated because she deserves nothing less! Thank you so much to Ryan and Michelle for making our experience at Petco (on Virginia) so amazing! We appreciate people like you so very much!

Great service, knowledgeable staff, reasonable prices. My pets that have come from there are at the highest level of care. Most of the small animals, reptiles and fish are in community settings, so you can see what will get along with what.

My online order was ready quickly. Saved me lots of time.
