The employee be mind the counter was totally lacking in empathy compassion or even kindness her demeanor made me feel super unwelcome. having macaws is expensive I have the money for them I definitely will not be spending it in this place. I gave 2 stars only because they reccomended a great place. the parrot connection much better place if your looking for parrot things and nice employees who are willing to give you advice without making you feel like dirt.

I love their tags!!! They last forever, basically until my dogs lose them off their collars. The writing stays clear and legible. Service is super fast and everything arrives just as ordered. I am a huge fan and recommend them to all dog owners.

i just got my green cheeked conure and i couldn’t be happier! super friendly, answered all my questions, and took the time to answer all the questions i didn’t even think about asking! extremely fair priced and just an overall lovely experience
