Pharmacy workers are not the issue with my one star review - they are all great. It's your broken phone system. For months there have been issues with the phone system. It will say it's closed when it's not, or you wait on the phone for many times over one hour, are finally number 1 in que, it rings many times, then hangs you up, having to start the call again and wait another 30 minutes to an hour again, hoping this time you don't get hung up on again.nnThis has been going on for months, and really needs to be fixed. PLEASE

Everything I seem to activate my new prescription over the phone(or in person), they never seem to have it when I go to pick it up. They tell me all the time that it never got activated. Ugh!
