I love Elizabeth Shanley. If you need someone to hold your hand and treat you like a child then she is NOT for you. If you want straight talk and straight answers you will love her. I've been her patient over 15years and will be deeply sadden when she decides to retire.

I waited way too long (in the room, cold as I was completely naked as they requested in only the hospital gown and disposable sheet they provide for you) for a visit that lasted all of 5-7 minutes. Her bedside manner needs improvement. However, the final straw was when I went back to ask her a quick question about some blood work and she decided it was best to belittle me by making smart remarks about my health IN FRONT OF HER OFFICE STAFF. I chose this location based off of recommendations from friends and colleagues and I'm appalled that I received such an unprofessional and judgmental provider. A formal complaint will be submitted to the clinic supervisor because this is unacceptable behavior by a so-called medical professional.
