I had an absolutely horrible experience at this office. I chose Duke City as my primary care provider because they were in town and accepted my health insurance. I went in for my annual and physical in October 2020, and was asked to do a follow up in December. At that appointment, I asked about my pap-smear and found out the specimen wasn't sent to the processing facility correctly and I would have to do another one, but that the physician at Duke City would make sure I wouldn't be charged for this. Two months later, I receive a bill from the processing facility. They tell me to contact Duke City who in turn tells me to bring in the bill and they'd make sure it was taken care of. I got another bill today and contacted Duke City again. Now they are telling me I need to figure it out with my insurance because there is a copay. Of course there's a copay for 2 papsmears, but it's not my fault I had to get two and the physician promised me it would be taken care of. The person at the front desk (Denise I believe) was horribly rude and didn't seem to be listening to me and when I asked to speak with the physician, she hung up on me! AWFUL!!!!

DO Burger,nListens, cares and understands my medical concerns.nHe does an excellent job of explaining labs and other reports.nHe has been my primary care physician for approximately 4 years and I will continue to utilize his medical skills.nnHowever, I’m disappointed with his medical team. They did a referral for me on 1/08/2021 and as of today, 01/27/2021, the referral has not been submitted to my insurance agency for approval.nI recommend that his team contact the patient to inform them of the referral status after successful submission.nL. An appointment with my primary care physician in which she was exercising her due diligence responsibilities in relation to my care and a particular aspect of it. I applaud her for this, it shows me again that she takes her responsibilities seriously.nI am happy to have Kathy Wolf as my primary care physician of several years and will continue as her satisfied patient.

My visit went very smoothly. I was surprised at how quickly they took me back and very pleased with the friendliness of everyone I dealt with. Arrangements were made for my sleep study referral and all my prescriptions were renewed. Everything was explained plainly and I was ask if I had any questions. Overall, I was very happy with my treatment there and will continue use their services and recommend others to them.

Nurse did a great job with checking the vitals and helping me feel comfortable. Elizabeth is always attentive, knowledgeable and prescribing my best treatment. She also has a darling baby girl.
