Extremely rude to a newborn and her mother. The technician did not know how to use the computer and got upset and angry when asked to have someone come help. She told the person who came to help that the mother was getting on her nerves. She kept a newborn baby in the office for an extra 20 minutes because she refused to get help with a computer that she clearly didn't know how to use. Unacceptable behavior and treatment of a newborn mother. Do not come here protect your children from the incompetence of this tricorn office. 0 stars should be a option. My wife was left appalled by the unprofessional behavior. I am disgusted.
