Great service and the best dentist experience I’ve had in years. I accidentally broke my porcelain crown. Dr. Kozlov and his assistant, Anna helped to solve this problem and successfully restored my tooth. They perfectly matched the color of my new fixed crown. It looks perfect! I like my new tooth even more then previous one.nStrongly recommend this dental office!

I developed a dental emergency over the holiday weekend. Dr. Retzer and his staff managed to squeeze me in on very short notice as a new patient. They were extremely friendly and superbly competent throughout. Their office is obviously extremely well run and efficient, and Dr. Retzer himself was excellently reassuring. He developed a plan to remedy my situation, explained everything thoroughly, and sent me on my way with no fuss. Most of all, everybody seemed genuinely happy in the office--the atmosphere was wonderful. I am very impressed with my experience at this dental office. Wish I could give them more than five stars.

Dr. Retzer and his entire staff are wonderful. No more dreading seeing the dentist, seriously. Dr. Retzer has a kind demeanor, he is patient and listens, and if a situation arises that does not require Immediate treatment he doesn't push you to get it done asap - he understands that all patients have circumstances. His work is excellent and he is very concerned about people's pain tolerance levels.nnThe staff is also kind, gentle and thorough. They somehow remember everyone which is quite special. They all work together effortlessly and the ambiance is friendly and relaxed.nnThe facility is always clean, lots of good reading material IF you need to wait (I rarely wait more than a minute or two), nothing is overlooked. My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Retzer since 2003. In circumstances where you need more specialized help, every doctor he has referred us to has been absolutely excellent. (Side note: Do NOT wait until you are in your 50's to have wisdom teeth removed - it's a big ask for that to be anything but seriously rough - no matter how awesome the doctor is.)nnDr. Retzer handled my mom's replacement dentures and they fit PERFECTLY the first time she put them on (uppers). Not sure how much of a difference this might make - for anyone - but she was a couple years out from having the extractions done so there was no lingering swelling to deal with. Anyway, after 2 years the dentures still fit great and look lovely.nnIt's worth a drive to Cedar Crest for such excellent care and service - I highly recommend Dr. Retzer!

Dr. Retzer and his staff are excellent. My 3 kids and I have been going to his Dentistry office in Cedar Crest (only 8 minutes from Tramway) for 10 years and have always had fantastic treatment, care, referrals when needed.nStaff is very organized, always on time and thorough in every way.
