Safe parking lot with lots of light. Friendly staff and nicely priced rooms. We thought this hotel was nicer than many hotels we have been to that are 100$ more per night. Comfortable CLEAN room! Felt safe with our toddler there and the front desk lady even gave her a special treat. Cute cat outside they leave food and water for. Hot breakfast croissant was yummy for pandemic times. We will definitely stay again when we pass through.
I want to start with I wish I could give more than 5 stars because this hotel felt more like home. The beds are so comfy the pillows are a dream and the service is one of the best I’ve seen in years and I travel all over the US. I was so fortunate to get a room in the middle of a horrible snow storm and wrecks on I40 after sitting at a stand still on the interstate for over 4 hours. They welcomed us with open arms, a clean cozy room and even restaurant recommendations! We got a hot sack breakfast too! And the prices are so much better than some other hotel near by. I can’t Thank you enough quality inn! My family will definitely be back 100% guaranteed! Gob bless you all.
Room needs bigger bed. Room is a bit small. Didn't like the coffee. But the staff was great. The place was clean. Price was a little high.
Just perfect for a quick stay. Room was adequate, employees were very nice, grab and go breakfast was enough. Good deal
Pretty run down. Problem regulating the room air conditioner so was uncomfortable most of the night. Linda was very helpful and a pleasure to work with!
