Lotaburger is great and always will be great. Have you ever noticed that almost every Lotaburger is layed out the same; I can probably walk through one with my eyes closed.
Food was consistent to the old Blake's. In door dining still wasn't open and cashier advised order would take 15-20 minutes. Thankfully order took slightly less time than that.
It would be great if they could answer the phone. The food is not the best and they are big fans of calling the police on their customers. I try to spend little time in this place due to some of the employees not being very kind, so I try to call in my order because we do occasionally like to have a Blakes burrito. However they do not answer the phone and the customer service is not the best and to have to go in and order can take up to 30 minutes of sitting with not so pleasant employees. This is not directed at all employees. Some are very pleasant!!
Excellent. Burgers green Chile. ON. Side is the best way that way you. Burger does not get soggy. Good Customer Service.
Food is always delicious, however you have to place an order ahead of time as they take a long time to make it. I will definitely keep using this location!
