Perfect places for a new friend

Helped my mom lay to rest her dog of fifteen years. Very kind.

Just recently I needed to turn over several animals as my tenant moved and left her pets behind. The woman at the desk was understanding and helpful. She cared enough to make space and I was able to bring them in immediately. Upon arrival the intake area was very clean and organized, even smelled sanitary! She had a large standup cage ready for the cats with food and water and litter - to which the starving cats eagerly ate. Even though they weren't my animals, she reassured me I was doing the right thing by bringing them so they could receive the medical treatment they needed and find new homes. She made sure I didn't leave the facility feeling like a low life. That's the kindness and thoughtfulness all shelters should abide by!!! Thank you Ms. CounterLady!
