Setup an appt online to drop off document. Came in early to drop it off and be on our way. Was greeted by a nice young lady. She gave us a form to fill out. Started doing that when I can hear the employee in the back screaming how they should be taking clients, that she didn't get training on how to do the returns and how her jobs sucks. We left. Don't go there. Their business is to do taxes for individuals but admit that they dont know what they are doing and make a big scene when all I'm trying to do is drop off my docs to file my taxes. Horrible experience. If I could give them 0 starts we would

Because of the great service that I received from Brenda. I was 100% expecting to pay up for both state (VA) and federal because of my move here, instead I'm getting a refund on both. Made my day.

Do not go here! Save yourself the headache. It is a rip off. The whole reason I came here was to make sure my stimulus checks were claimed properly with my taxes. The older woman Chris over charged me and when the stimulus check claimed wasn't filed correctly she would not correct the issue, instead she tried to tell me to fill out a new form. When I replied 'no, I paid for this service to have it done correctly and I would need her to fill out the form and correct it', she became unprofessional and extremely unhelpful.

Brenda's Schmiedicke's professionalism & expertise. She is great. Do not care for the COVID restrictions that limits or doesn't allow for you to be in person.

Really happy with Chris who does our taxes. She is excellent and the location is great for us and parking has never been a problem.
