My son and his friend were 'treated' here Monday night after an accident on the 40. I use the term treated very loosely, basically slapped on a bandaid and tossed them out. At 3 am w a concussion, no shoes even and tells them there is a hotel a few blocks that way. I hope that if any of your children ever need help they end up somewhere that will actually care for them. Just makes me sick that you call yourselves medical professionals.

So i will start by saying not all of the staff is like this. I live with several rare and uncommon health problems so i know I'm a complicated case. I understand drs don't always know how to help me. But i went into the er (which I've been avoiding like the plague due to covid and being high risk) because i have never felt so horrible and i was needing help. I was cut off when trying to tell them what was going on. I over heard the dr and one of the nurses talking about me and laughing. I was made to feel like a hypochondriac. I've never felt so humiliated and degraded as a patient. If you don't know what to do just tell me but don't treat me like I'm some kind of joke.

I had an unstoppable tooth pain while I was taking the interstate 40 to California , I stopped by this wonderful small hospital and I was ok with the service .nThank you

Was told my wife needed emergency surgery on her gallbladder, 21 hrs later still in the e.r!!
