Price is reasonable and the place is comfortable. Great overnight stop. Site 64 was clean and pretty level. Wifi was strong even though I was at the back of the campground. Bath house was older but really clean. I didn't check out the laundry. I see some people leaving reviews complaining, but this is a campground not a resort and yes, the owner is a bit of a character, but a good guy.

Beautifully landscaped, very wide sites, views amazing. Location very close to beach and dining.nBig rig friendly, loved the fenced in dog park. Park immaculate. Pool area and beach so nice, clean, pool. heated to 87 degrees delightful. Resort fire pit next to pool. Office personnel fantastic.nAll campers friendly, no full timers here which makes it so nice. We will be back. A very special RV resort.nMany thanks for a relaxing week wished we stayed two or three weeks.

Chris was so awesome. We were stranded when another campground screwed up our reservation. He waited for us to drive another hour to arrive. Made sure we got to our campsite, even offered us flashlights if we needed since the new dog park did not have lighting yet. Campground is older and rustic with lots of nice Pinon pines, but very clean and neat.

Fourth time staying here. Nice and quite place to visit, Chris the owner is a great guy and works hard to make sure you are happy with your stay and is very accommodating , lots to do around this area with the RT66 auto museum within walking distance. Restaurant on premises and they deliver to your site. I travel full time across the U.S for work and will always make this overnight stop in my travel plans through this area.

Nice little campsite right off of 40. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a restaurant on site that will delivery right to your site ( cash only) food was good. Easily maneuvered our 40 ft plus toad through the park. The campgrounds are well maintained. A little noisey during to the close proximity to the highway but not bad. Definitely will use this a a stop over when we are in the area again.
