What a great little store, one of those old time General stores that you can get a little bit of everything, staff are home town friendly in a quiet small community nestled in the white mountains of Arizona. The locals call it God’s country with good reasons why. They have a great fishing department, one of the best gun and ammo stores in Arizona, camping equipment, fabric department, clothing, crafts, complete pharmacy with all the extras, as I said before a little bit of everything, open 365 days a year for the communities convenience. They don’t get any better.

Our family has a place in Nutrioso and has been coming to Round Valley for over 40 years. In all that time Western Drug has been something to look forward to on our many trips. The variety, knowledgeable staff, fair prices, etc. have always been welcome. I bought my first fly rod there when I was 10 sparking a lifelong interest for dad and me. When no other store had percussion caps for my rifle, they did! When I needed shoelaces for my boots and could not find them in Tucson, guess who had them? Now, my son looks forward to coming here and always manages to find something needed or not. My dear wife Linda, an avid quilter has reveled in the arts/crafts department. I cannot imagine the community without this iconic store and the friends I have met there. It is a blessing and touchstone. Some things should never change and truly this place has been part of my life. God bless this community - as it has kept me sane in this unpredictable world.
