The integrity of TNT and each of their employees is amazing and second to none. We reached out and they contacted us faster than we could've had Jimmy Johns deliver us a sandwich! They found several cracks in our furnace and took every precaution to make sure we were safe until they could get a new unit installed. They had financing which made this unexpected expense easier to manage and each staff member we have worked with has just been the best people. The customer service is better than I have experienced with any company!

Robbie and Blair arrived early, were courteous and mindful of social distancing and masks. They got the job done quickly and the end result was a very tidy install. They even fixed up a couple of issues left by the previous contractor. Extremely good value for money and top notch service. Good stuff guys, we'll definitely have you back when we start on the basement!

Alex G. was my tech and he was absolutely awesome! He showed up right on time and was very friendly and extremely helpful and honest. He was able to put in a shut off valve for me while I am dealing with my home warranty program about getting my water heater replaced. He did an amazing and very clean and thorough job, definitely shows that he is passionate about what he does and cares about his customers. I will 100% be calling back when my claim goes through for TNT to do the install. Once again, thank you Alex! I have happily been referring you and TNT to my coworkers and family for any and all plumbing needs

A pipe burst on President's Day that flooded my basement and I had spent hours trying to get a plumber to the house before TNT plumbing answered my call. From start to finish, they were quick, knowledgeable, and kind. The plumber was in and out within a half hour and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. He even let me keep the section of pipe that had burst so I could show the insurance adjuster. The office made sure to keep me informed of the time frame for the plumber's arrival which is way more than I can say for other plumbing services I've used in the past. The next time I need plumbing done I'll definitely be going with TNT.

I’ve used TNT for years now and I love their service. Alex G. was my tech today and he was great! He really loved fixing my issues and didn’t even mind as I was asking questions.nnAs a veteran I also appreciate the discount TNT gives.
