DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! They advertise that all groomers are educated and “certified”, yet our Aussie was shaved. I SPECIFICALLY asked that he keep his long fur and have his undercoat thinned. Don’t make the mistake I did. It’s a chain and they don’t know how to groom for certain breeds. Now we will have to deal with the damage they’ve done to his coat as far as insulation for summer months. And they had the nerve to ask for donations and try to sell me dog brushes. Don’t do it.

4/2/2021 Was the best experience I've had a this location!nMy dog has multiple food allergies and it has been very difficult to find her a healthy dry food. Jenny(I believe her name was) she's one of the dog trainers; helped me find a food my dog can have. She took special classes to learn all about Nutrition and related things and she is VERY knowledgeable.

My boyfriend and I went in to get some fish for our new tank and was helped by Elliot. He was very knowledgeable and gave us the tools and education necessary to be successful fish owners. Highly recommend going to see him! Great customer service!

So I went in to get some fish for my tank and I was waiting in line and when the lady got done helping the people in front of me she just walked away. Then I went to a cashier and she said she would let them know and I still waited over 5 min and nothing. Thanks guys. The crew that was in there on Monday was great but the crew that was in there on Wednesday could care less.

I love this store! Everyone is super chill, helpful, and the animals are all well attended too! My son always wants to come look at the great pets and I keep telling him one of these days we are getting a Chameleon! :D He wants a turtle though lol...
