First, Maggie Martin came HIGHLY recommended by two of our closest friends, so in summer of 2019 after we started to contemplate buying our first home, is when we got in touch with Maggie. As first time home buyers, we were really nervous and intimidated by the whole process, but Maggie's experience gave us confidence. I was so worried about the added stress of buying a home, but Maggie made it stress-free by supporting us and communicating with us every step of the way. Maggie truly wanted to connect us with our perfect first home, and at no point did we ever feel like she was trying to make or push a sale (that was another fear of mine). Maggie is the type that finds pride and joy through the happiness and satisfaction of her clients, whether it's your first home, second home, town or valley home, she truly represents her clients with the upmost quality and professionalism.

Mike Weist was my broker for a property I recently purchased in Mountain Village. He was great; very knowledgeable about the local area and real estate markets, patient looking at many homes while offering good guidance. The purchase process was tense and a little contentious, (because of the sellers and/or their broker), and Mike was on top of the process the whole way.

In 2017 I purchased a condo in Telluride and had the absolute best experience working with Maggie Martin. Maggie was our agent and her thorough knowledge of homes in the area and her passion for living in Telluride was extremely helpful when making such a big decision. Maggie assisted us during the entire process including the inspection, multiple rounds of negotiations and several tours of the town and surrounding areas.
