I have been seen at Smoky Hill Dental since 2005. The treatment has always been top notch. I have never had a bad dental experience. Crowns, root canals, basic cleanings, all the services have been great.nnDr. Norrie is always a no nonsense Doc that doesn't beat around the bush and shows really caring about your dental health.nnHygienist Karen is the BEST! Always with a smile and a gentle hand getting your pearly whites looking their best.nnEven the front office staff, lead by Sherrie, makes you feel as if you are part of the SHD family.nnI dread the day that I have to find a different dental home.

I've been going to Smoky Hill Dental since 1998. Dr. Norrie and dental hygienist, Karen, are outstanding. In addition to preventative care, cleanings and check ups, I've had fillings replaced, night guards fitted and chip teeth repaired. Dr. Norrie is patient and knowledgeable. He and his staff are professional and friendly. That's why I continue to return even though I now live about an hour away.

I've gotten quite a bit of dental work done here in the past 3 years, everyone is friendly (including the receptionists, which I can't say the same for some other doctor/dental offices I've visited). I feel comfortable going in for each visit, Heather does a very thorough job with cleanings without causing much pain/discomfort (including a deep cleaning/scaling). I haven't had any issues with the crown and bridge they put on and seem like they'll last for a long time.

The best office you could ever find. Kind and caring. Everyone there is a joy to be with.

I went to Dr Norrie for most of my childhood through highschool. After I graduated I began to have persistent problems with my teeth. I thought it was just because I needed my wisdom teeth removed, but after I had that done and the pain kept up, it was discovered that I needed a root canal. I had to have it done on vacation since the pain increased to unbearable levels. I had the procedure done up in Breckenridge and the doctor told me the cause of my root dying was because my bite was uneven from the right side of my mouth to the left. It was uneven because of a single filing that I remember having to keep telling them it didn't feel right from the original day I got the filling. I also remember this because I had to come back a week later because it still didn't feel right just to have them shave it down more. Even after all that, it still wasn't done correctly and was the cause of me needing a root canal at the age of 18. I have a great dentist now. I wad inspired to leave this review when I recently was told by my dentist that there was a crack in one of my fillings and it wasn't one of theirs. He noted that the filing had two different densities and that is what caused it to crack. I asked why that happened and he said it was likely negligence from whoever did the filling, which was again, Dr. Norrie.
