I love Kate Spade ♠ufe0f period end of story! I went in today and the customer service was great. The girls offered help a couple of times and were very friendly like always. Thank you!

I was in the store for approx 20 min before being greeted. There were 3 employees conversing and looking on thier phones instead of working. Being the only customer in the store this is unacceptable. I was looking to purchase potentially 5 outfits for my new job (shoes, bag and jewlery) and wanted some help. Found several cute things, but the lack of customer service was very off-putting. Needless to say, I will be looking elsewhere!

Customer service representatives were nice and very helpful. One employee even brought out a tape measure to make sure my laptop would fit. Very pleasant experience.

Went a lil Christmas shopping and found a few good things and and they're have a awesome sale

Customer service is very bad they really need to train there staff!!! I'm also seeing there not kind to the minority people!!!THANK GOD FOR COACH AND M K!!!they now how to treat customers!!
