Got a custom ring made, the ring arrived and looked good. Proposed about 6 months later and THE CENTER STONE WAS LOOSE!! I hadn't noticed earlier because it was just in the box they sent it in. I contacted them and was told they would fix it if I paid $120USD for shipping (live in Canada). I asked to speak with a manager, days later RACHEL emailed me and said she would waive the labor fee but I would still have to pay for shipping. I get it that they cant pay for shipping all over the world I just dont get how a ring can show up with the center stone loose. I checked other reviews around and found others with same issues. STONES FALLING OUT IS A COMMON THING FOR THIS COMPANY, LOOK AT OTHER REVIEWS. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! ITS NOT WORTH IT. ALSO THEY HAVE TRIED TO REMOVE THE REVIEW TO HIDE ALL THIS HAHA. STAY AWAY FOLKS!
