My brother recommended this place to get my passport done and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I think they only do them for certain situations (first time applications and/or >15 year expired, might want to call in to see if you're eligible). Everyone is super friendly and probably the least stressful thing I had to do all week besides sleep.
Probably the worst place to get legally married if you're a working class couple who doesn't have time. They make the process difficult and time consuming. Probably a very unpopular opinion, but it was not a good place for us. Santa Clara County city hall is a much better place for people like us.
Fast and friendly!
Obtaining a birth certificate was extremely quick and efficient. Granted this was the day before Thanksgiving but by far the longest part was filling out the form. After handing it to the lady at the records counter I had the certificate in hand and payment processed in under a minute.
In and out with a marriage license in 15 minutes (Monday morning). We prefilled it online the night before we came, so that may have helped speed up the process. The parking situation wasn't great, so be prepared to take some time to find a space.
