Yesterday, April 30, shortly before 8:00 pm, it is time to no longer go out, my car broke down on the San Mateo bridge and I could no longer pick it up and today in the morning I went to get it up but the highway patrolman was already towing it now I call to grab it and they want to steal $ 500 ... now I understand the angry and vandalizing people deserve it I hope they end all the bad officials

Yesterday I had a God sent experience with officer Adam MnI don’t know his last name but what an awesome experience .nI was coming from Santa Clara to San Bruno in the 101 north bound when I passed Whipple I got a flat tire . I called my towing to come over they would take 60 to 90 minute to get there then officer Adam came God sent and he changed my tire so grateful for his help.

On April 11th 2019 I was on Pescadero Creek Rd going to go work in a wonderful elderly ladies garden, my truck loaded with plants for her. While going around a hairpin turn the plants fell over so I reached down to upright them I felt my truck go off the side of the road. When I pulled it back on the road it shot out sideways and I guess I over corrected because it started skipping sideway and when it stopped because I was on a slIght hill, It VERY VERY SLOWLY tipped over on its side. A man on a motorcycle stopped and helped me out then a few others stopped to see if I was ok. There was plenty of room for travelers to get by going in both directions so I figured I would climb back in my truck get my cell phone and call AAA. Unfortunetely before I got a chance to do so, I was invaded by emergency personel, all with full sirens everywhere because someone passing called 911 saying there was a motorcycle/car collision. They made me step away from my truck and began proceding as if there had been a huge injury accident. I was shocked!! I told all of them and clearly you could see that there was no damage to anything, anyone, me or my truck, no dents, no broken glass just a few scratches.. All I wanted was for my truck to be uprighted so I could be on my way but the CHP would not allow me to do or say anything. When I tried to ask a question I was accused of being uncooperative and not listening. A second CHP officer drove up and decided my truck needed to be pushed out of the way. Had I not stopped him he would have caused major damage to my truck by dragging it over the cement. After that, I was treated like I was a stupid female that had no clue by the officer when I meant no disrespect, I merely spoke up for myself in order to protect my truck. The road was blocked in both directions by the emergency vehicles, NOT BY MY TRUCK and no one was allowed to pass for 3 hours. During that time several people walked up and offered to push my truck upright, which was perfectly fine with me, but the CHP would not allow it. When Action towing finally showed up I felt some hope right away because I saw a big AAA sticker on the side of the tow truck but the driver quickly informed me that he would not honor my AAA roadside membership because he was out of his juristriction, whatever that means???. He told me I was already in it with him for $526.00 and if I did not pay he would impound my truck, I started crying. Had they impounded my truck I would have had no way to get to work probably lost my job and my place to live. After my truck was back on all fours it wouldnt start because my lights were on the entire time and I was not allowed to turn them off or some ford trucks shut off gas intake if on its side. The CHP asked how I was going to get it home and I said I would drive it but again, NOT ALLOWED, and they would arrest me if I did. I was told I had to have Action towing tow to my home. I refused and agreed to coast it to the side of the road and call AAA to tow it which angered the CHP even more. While coasting it I stuck it in gear and it started right up. The Sheriff came down and told me to let the CHP leave and then I could do as I pleased. It drove perfectly home and I have been driving it since with no problems at all because THERE WAS NO DAMAGE DONE AND NO ACCIDENT!!! Some how the report written by that revengeful CHP officer has caused me an unwarrented point on my driving record which I am disputing. I have had a clean driving record for over 30 years and because of his report the DMV sent me a horrible letter I understand they have to respond to 911 calls but I had flairs and the road was not blocked several vehicles had already passed as well as I assured them I had AAA roadside assistance therfore I did not need them they should have left

Completely pathetic...need an accident report? Be sure to have exact change or a check! They don't break bills or take credit cards.nnHow can the police be soooo far behind? Not much of a public service...
