First rate store with a first rate staff
DO NOT USE LUMBER LIQUIDATORS. After purchasing all of the flooring and materials and following all the correct procedures to have it installed, Lumber Liquidators does not stand by the 30 year warranty that came with the flooring.nI was strung along for months filling out forms, taking pictures and contacting multiple people just to be told no.nFor a company this large to deny a relatively small claim is disappointing to say the least.nThe personnel at the store were good but don’t expect the company to do anything for you after you spend your money.
