We had our house tented 2 months ago and in the process of painting the fascia we noticed an external beam had some Termite damage. We called Lloyd’s to have them do an extra topical treatment just in case there were any termites that survived; though of course the damage was from years of old termites. I called them and they came out within 48 hours to evaluate and do spot treatment.nMr Alfonso M was very professional and did good prompt service. Lloyd’s stands behind their warranty with no hassle to us, the homeowners. We recommend them highly.
