Same as other phone service is poor, 15 minutes on hold then hung up on.nI did leave a message and did get a call back from a very helpful person and they sent a truck out right away. So next time I will wait for the message prompt then leave a message .this is my recommendation: just leave the message

They do not answer the phone. I called and left a voice mail to receive a call back (as promised on their messages) but never did. I highly doubt its that hard to answer a phone while in an office handling other things, it it called multitasking.

Telephone service very poor. This is inexcusable.nConsidering the 20 year monopoly given to Advance by the city and the guaranteed income they have, improving customer telephone service would be easily within their budget, without again raising rates.

Have 2 separate invoices one credit one bill. their bookkeeping is confusing. Tried calling no answer, no machine to leave messages. I’d like to get paid for not doing my job!!!nI’d give minus stars if I could

They NEVER answer customer service calls! Their answering machine just keeps repeating itself without anyone ever picking up the call.
