Go to UPS or some other post office. Don’t waste your time here.
The absolute worst! I put my mail in the box put the flag up on Saturday, they have til 5pm to pick it up, I was plenty of mail trucks on my street, but not one stopped to get my mail, not until Wednesday was it picked up, which caused me to acquire late charges on my loan, so I had to pay more then I expected, which has really screwed me because I’m on a fixed income, and have to I budget my money down to the last penny! Somebody needs to be held accountable ! Believe I don’t want to give any stars but for some reason it won’t let me post otherwise
If I could give 0 stars I would. The mail carrier is always delivering my mail to the wrong address.I order pricey packages and the neighbors love to say I live there. If the carrier would pay more attention to the numerical numbers on the packages this wouldn’t happen. Another disappointment is the person that works there Donavan said, please feel free to call me at my number. Well I’ve called him numerous times and he never answers his phone. Why offer someone help if you are not. Now they are going to get a piece of me because I’m going personally. You better offer me a PO Box at your expense. Is not my fault your employees are incompetent. I have a better idea, offer me a job trust me everyone will get their mail.
Easily the worse experience I’ve ever had at any post office, this one star is for the young lady at the pick upnsection who was extremely rude in her response when I asked a simple question about the mailing process. Please don’t ever respond to a customer saying you don’t deliver mail when a simple question is asked, you work at the post office and should be competent enough to provide basic information on your organization’s processes. You were cheeky and disrespectful and I hope I never have to walk into this location again.
They have marked my packages as delivered but never delivered it along with not coming with mail for almost a week even when the informed delivery said im supposed to get it. They don't answer the phone and I haven't recieved any help for missing packages.
