Mr. Craig has been our pest control professional for I think 4-5 years now. We have five acres out in the open desert. Mr. Craig was recommended to us by our best friends who have been using him for 15 years. We had all kinds of problems with black widow spiders, scorpions, and these little white flies in the house and garage. We had red ants in the driveway! We also had rodents in the chicken coop and garage. He made short work of all that. He comes in and takes care of our entire area on a regular schedule. He is respectful, kind, courteous. He let's us know ahead of time what day he will be here, so we can lock up the dogs, and he let's himself in and out. We have livestock, he makes sure all gates are closed behind him - that's IMPORTANT! He uses only chemicals that will not harm our chickens or livestock. We have NO MORE bugs anywhere in or out of the house. I no longer worry if I stick my hand in a box in the garage if I will get bit by a spider. We still have rodents, but only occasionally, we live in the desert after all, and there is always an endless supply of them, but Mr. Craig keeps them to a minimum by baiting and refilling the baits every time he is here. I feel like his service is worth the money, I am very happy with his professionalism. And, I would want to hear the rest of the story from anyone who says he is anything LESS than professional and reliable because I bet there is more to that story than what is being said. I would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Craig to anyone, and I would stake my reputation on the quality of his service.

Someone in this companies truck drives dangerous and aggressive. I was doing 40 mph in a 35 zone on main Street at 630 in the morning. A truck from this company flies up behind me, tailgates me within 2 feet, passes me while partially in my lane, then cuts me off. I then watched this truck swerve in and out of traffic, going well above the speed limit and cutting off nearly everyone he gets in front of.

Rude, spend money somewhere else. Unless being talked down to is your thing.

I'm a Maintenance Supervisor for an apartment complex in the High Desert and we started using Craig after having some problems with another pest service. I have not had any bugs since he started. Absolutely amazing job. His customer service is exceptional as well, a real good guy that my residents love.nnI recommended him to other complexes with my company and they have started using him too.
