Wonderful clothing
Love the store! Great selection and sales team was very friendly and helpful. Kasey Austin was fabulous and Complements the brand.
I was ordering a dress in the store with a gift card that had $100 on it. I told them my address (which she repeated back to me) and yet still managed to put in a completely different address. The dress then only costed $48 so I was expecting to receive my gift card back with the remaining $52 and never received it. The following day when I realized I didn’t have my gift card I called to see if they could give it to me but the manager said that I must’ve misplaced it and there’s nothing she can do. Although she did try to help I could tell she was irritated by me but it’s very frustrating to not receive money that was obviously misplaced by them.
The ladies that work at this location are pretty great. I have always been able to get help from them when needed. Great store and I thank them for keeping me hip ;))
