Just walked in, only customer...3 associates standing in talking to each other and not 1 person asks to help me? I really needed a pair of sandals. Gave 2 stars only because the store was lovely to the eye
This store has the worst customer service!!! I went to this location two days in a row I was staying at the hotel near by for a work trip and the first day the salesperson never greeted me all and did was follow me around as if I was going to steal something being African American it was disrespectful and annoying so I went back the second day and a salesperson name Mecca was more than happy to help me! Believe it or not other upscale reatialors carry Tory bags the stores need to remember that! The first salesperson just looked at me like “what does she want” just horrible
