I have ordered from Italy jewelry several times over the last few years and their items are nice in appearance. This year, I understand that the pandemic has caused problems and caused businesses to cut back to save money....nI ordered 5 items this year for Christmas, shipping took longer (I understand) when I received my order, they packaged 4 of the items in their nice boxes but they took a pair of white sapphire hoop earrings, wrapped them in plastic and put them on top of a necklace I ordered in its own box (as each item should be) just to save money on packaging and the shipping cost of a bigger box? I had to go out and BUY a small jewelry box myself for the earrings that should have been shipped in their own jewelry box like their other products. Very disappointing!

The shipping took a little longer than I anticipated, but the quality of the ring, the packaging, the content of the materials that they give you, including a sterling silver cleaning cloth, and other literature, makes it well worth the purchase! It’s a beautiful product! The gift box presentation (measuring 3 x 5 x 2 inches) a high-quality, imprinted white & dark blue gift box) is superb! It makes quite an impression! Thank you! I highly suggest this company for gift giving!

I just received my ring! It only took 3 days to receive it. It’s absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The ring is beautifully designed and looks flawless. I also purchased a wedding band to match. I can’t be happier. Every time I look at it I smile. I hope the beauty will last for a long time, but I feel secure it will with their guarantee. I will definitely be purchasing from Italo again!

This place is a joke. After you purchase something trust me it’s gonna fade or break... They will not return calls nor emails. I’m sure if you pull up on them you will find two people making party city jewelry in a garage.... You have been warned....
