We went to Disney back in Dec and I forgot to write a review once we came back from our trip! Jessica was everything our family of four needed on the craziest day of the year. She definitely took all the stress off of our shoulders, was very friendly and understanding and took our Disney experience to a whole different level. We actually had fun! Talking about the grown ups! I highly recommend this company if you want a stress free Disney trip! Thank you Jessica and so sorry about a past Due report!

From start to finish, Tim made our experience at Disney completely seamless and stress-free! No detail was spared and we were so impressed with his knowledge of the parks and the ease with which he navigated us through the rides and the crowds. Not to mention, he is also a genuinely kind person. Highly recommend!

Christmas this year came with a surprise – a certificate for a guided tour of Disneyland from our daughter to her mother, Lynne! I would have never thought of this. Lynne visited the park the year it was built, our wedding trip was to Disneyland and we stayed at Disneyland Hotel (when it was connected to the Monorail). Our whole family (grandchildren, daughter and son in law, and the grandparents) went to Disneyland and California just two years ago. A guide?nnTimothy Hammer with Southland Tour Co. was amazing! We saw more with him in one day than we could have seen in the three days we stayed at the parks. He managed our tickets, used Fast Pass to limit wait times, and even got us on the new Star Wars – Rise of the Resistance! (You only have 5 minutes to get on the wait list when the park opened at 9 am, then tickets are gone for the day.)nnTim worked with us before we traveled to be sure we had the right tickets (including MaxPass). He visited with Lynne to see what she especially wanted to see and do then met us at our hotel in time to go into the park an hour early.nnHe knew both parks and all of their paths and when there was competition for the more popular rides. He was more like a fishing guide, making sure we caught the big one, than a host.nnIf you are planning to go to Disneyland and California Adventure or other attractions in the Anaheim area, we recommend Tim Hammer and Southland Tour Co. to get the most from your visit.nnLynne and John Houston Texas

This was our second time using Tim Hammer for a Disneyland tour. Just like the first time, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Tim is so personable and fun, and he makes what could be a stressful trip full of planning and decisions care free and easy. It’s so relaxing and enjoyable to just show up and know that Tim has it under control. Best of all our kids absolutely love him!! Having Tim there allows us to make memories and truly enjoy time together as a family.

Tim made our trip more then magical! We were referred by some friends to use Tim while we were at Disney Land, and it was hands down the best decision ever! He made our trip stress free and had great knowledge of the parks. He kept our boys moving and on the go to get everything we wanted accomplished and more. He really stepped up to be my seat filler when I told him I was pregnant and couldn’t ride all the rides, and he definitely took one for the team on Splash Mountain. He was easy going and very good with kids. Highly recommend! Book him!
