We love using Hawx!!! They do great work and we are always satisfied with their services. While we’ve moved in the last few years, we are so grateful they still come out to us at our new house. Happy happy happy.
Very happy with Hawk Services. This time, treated for Stink Bugs as we requested, plus usual “clean up” around gutters and outdoor lighting. Service has always been professional and up front. We have used Hawk for the last 3-4 years with positive results. Have had a couple no charge prompt follow up visits with “no questions asked”. Great Value.
Service tech was professional and polite. He performed the service quickly and efficiently. Any question I had was answered.
Terrible pressure to buy their product but don’t tell you that if you have to cancel the service, you will pay a penalty. Yes it’s in the fine print but when you have two guys staring at you in your driveway and telling you how awesome their service is, I didn’t take the time to read the fine print. Tried to cancel the service because my husband has been out of work since summer and we need to cut expenses. Talked to a nice guy 2 weeks ago on the phone and he said he would take care of it. Today, my bank account was charged $210. DON’T FALL FOR THEIR SCAM!!
The young man that came for my quarterly maintenance was lovely. Polite, respectful, attentive and he treated every area I expressed concern over. I have had excellent response if I have unexpected issues after treatment. Office staff have always been polite and worked hard to work with me on my needs.nnThank you all at HAWX
