From salesman Mike's suggestions and timely initial appointment to immediate email responses/quotes to a great installation crew, our experience with KG Stevens was nothing but top-notch. We will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend their work to anyone! We love our new kitchen!

Second time we've engaged KG Stevens on a personal kitchen remodel project and they again performed on a standard of excellence. Communication throughout the process was specific and timely. Office/showroom people we're great, specifically Molly. Measure and install crews were highly professional.

We had a great overall process with K.G. Stevens. Showroom has plenty of options to review. Matt is sales helped us select the best material type and color for our kitchen. Scheduling for measurement and install was easy with K.G. Stevens managing and communicating everything. All the paperwork was able to be e-signed through email. Installers called prior to arrival, were on time, wore masks, answered all my questions, and the countertop and sink look great. They managed everything start to finish. All I had to do is answer my phone, respond to emails, and be home when needed for measure and install. Huge bonus is they are the Costco installer so even more perks if you are a Costco member.

We’ve had K.G. Stevens design and install countertops in our kitchen and bathroom. After working with Dan Drout on our kitchen project, we would not work with anyone else. He was wonderful! He was professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and actually made an otherwise stressful process fun. He explained clearly the difference between products and we felt very comfortable and confident in the selections. The installation process was perfect and if we can find any more projects to complete in our house, we’ll only call Dan at K.G. Stevens. We’ve become very loyal customers.

I got a quote from a KG representative who was arrogant and pushy and quoted me almost twice as much as another reputable business in town. I was really disappointed because the selections I made at KG were perfect for my kitchen. I am going with the other business. Kitchen remodels are stressful enough without having to deal with arrogant consultants charging you extra to put up with their nonsense.
