I had such an awesome experience! Matt was super helpful and very informative. Really good prices, and I had a super quick service! I would definitely recommend jiffy lube in Manitowoc to anyone that needed any kind of car service!
I had my work done by AJ. He was kind, professional, and most importantly Knowledgeable. The price was great and I will certainly be coming back. They do much more than just oil changes as well.
Big thanks to the team at jiffy lube who were able to get me in while all the shops around town started to close up. Hats off to them for an outstanding job. This place will DEFINITELY have my business from now on.
I am so impressed with the customer service. I stopped in for an oil change. I opted to take my 3 children inside to wait. My 3yr old tripped and fell on the way into the store. She started to run back to me and was greeted by the employee standing between us. The employee kissed her hand/boo boo (at the request of my daughter) and helped her walk inside! OMGoodness! My daughter never lets anyone else comfort her! I was beyond impressed with their compassion. The inside of the building was impeccably clean! The kids loved being able to watch everyone work on the car! Once everything was done the employees came out with a very thorough explanation of everything they went through! Not only was my oil changed, but my windows were cleaned and the car was vacuumed! They definitely have a customer for life!
The team was very friendly and helpful. They fixed what I came in there to have done and I appreciate their expertise. I would definitely recommend them
