Arrogant, condescending, and at least a little bit dishonest. I wouldn't let this guy work on my toaster. If you need service on your bike LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE! I am NOT mistaken, I do NOT have the wrong guy. You might not know me, but you left a heck of an impression on me and others. I would never do business with you and I recommend others also do not. No I don't have Covid. Where the heck did that come from? Not surprising you'd say some nonsensical stuff like that...

Tried this guy for my first bike repair in the area. I found him to be very friendly, professional and incredibly competent. He assessed my bikes problem very quickly and advised me of the work to be done before he continued. He checked every nut and bolt and fixed several things free of charge and advised me of a few things that may need attention in the future. My bike is like brand new for laughably small amount of money. Will come back.
